Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Gold Karat Calculator application ("the App"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SamCoAPP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install the App on your personal mobile device
• Use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes
• Access and use the premium features subject to an active subscription

3.1 Free Trial

The App offers a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the trial end date.

3.2 Subscription Fees

The subscription fee is $2.99 per month (or equivalent in your local currency). This fee will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the start of the next billing cycle.

3.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not redistribute, sell, or lease the App to any third party
• Not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App
• Not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

The App, including all content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by SamCoAPP and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you any rights to use SamCoAPP's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.

While we strive for accuracy, the gold and silver price calculations provided by the App are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the price data.

You should verify all calculations and prices with official sources before making any financial decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamCoAPP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or revenue
• Loss of data or use of the App
• Financial losses resulting from reliance on App calculations
• Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SamCoAPP, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or through other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the competent courts of your jurisdiction.

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, you must also comply with their applicable terms of service:
